Sugarcane Clerk



Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Clerk. The position reports to the Farm Manager and operates within the Farm area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out clerical works in the Sugarcane Department.


  • To implement assignments given by the farm Manager
  • Keeping of records
  • Time Book Management
  • Ensure timely capturing of stores requisition
  • Ensure accurate capturing of data n CanePro
  • Timely issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to field workers
  • Ensure timely preparation of SHERQ minutes for the section.
  • Writing Departmental Reports


  • Full Grade 12 certificate with at least 5 credits
  • Diploma in Record Management or related Qualification
  • Zambian with Green National Registration Card
  • Minimum of two (2) year work experience in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work with Microsoft word, Excel, Power point
  • Must Be 18 years and above
