Social Media Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
  • Create and curate engaging content for each platform, including text posts, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to the brand.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse social media data and metrics to track performance and optimise strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and bloggers for potential partnerships and coverage.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to key stakeholders.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary Range: $800 Gross Pay
