KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
- Create and curate engaging content for each platform, including text posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to the brand.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Analyse social media data and metrics to track performance and optimise strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and bloggers for potential partnerships and coverage.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to key stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary Range: $800 Gross Pay
