We are looking for a competent and experienced Filling Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our filling station in Ndola. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the fuel industry, with a strong understanding of station management, customer service, and team leadership.


1. Manage all aspects of the filling station’s operations, including fuel inventory, sales, and customer service.
2. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
3. Supervise and motivate station staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
4. Monitor fuel levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
6. Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the station and equipment.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
9. Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
