Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients seeking automotive maintenance and repairs. Working in a dynamic team environment, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service inquiries


  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their concerns, and provide knowledgeable assistance to address their automotive service needs.
  • Service Consultation: Consult with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance requirements, offering personalized recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and diagnostic assessments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments effectively, optimizing scheduling to accommodate customer preferences and service availability.
  • Service Quoting: Provide accurate cost estimates for recommended services and repairs, explaining the scope of work and associated charges clearly to customers.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, conveying service requests and vehicle symptoms accurately to facilitate precise diagnosis and resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct post-service inspections to ensure work completeness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Administration: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and work orders using automotive service management software systems.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on vehicle maintenance best practices and service interval recommendations to promote long-term vehicle health.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with service technicians and other team members to streamline service operations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
