The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient front and back office operations, managing stock and purchasing control, and providing excellent customer service. The Restaurant Manager will lead a team of staff members to uphold the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service.
Interact with customers to gather feedback and make necessary improvements.
Manage inventory levels and oversee stock control procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms.
Implement cost-effective purchasing strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
Prepare and manage budgets, including revenue forecasting and expense monitoring.
Implement measures to control costs and enhance profitability.
Possess proficiency in operating MicroPos systems.
Utilize MicroPos system for order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the MicroPos system and ensure smooth operation.


Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful leadership.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front and back office management.
Proficiency in using MicroPos systems for order processing and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
