(Receptionist)

Responsibilities:

▪️Attending to customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
▪ Dealing with telephone and email inquiries, screen and direct calls
▪ Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments
▪ Managing office inventory and supplies
▪ Offering warm reception to visitors and clients
▪ Coordinate activities around the front desk/reception
▪ File and keep record of activities in the office for easy retrieval and review when due, and sending to the relevant department personnel
▪ Perform keyboarding/data entry functions
▪ Maintain company’s event calendars. Keep records all events to hold in the organization and notifies respective department when due
▪ Copy, file, and maintain paper or records and electronic documents of visitors

Requirements:
Qualifications
▪️Diploma in Public Administration /Business Administration or any Business/front office related course

Software
▪️Microsoft Office Suite

Equipment
▪️Office Equipment

Knowledge Of
▪️Administrative and clerical procedures, business principles, customer service principles and practices, customer-service orientation

Skills to
▪️Manage Multiple Priorities

Ability To
▪️Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information, take and relay messages

Other Requirements
▪️Experience in medical field
