We are currently seeking a highly professional and skilled Receptionist to join a leading FMCG distributor. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times. Women are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.


Front Desk Management: Manage all front desk operations efficiently, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Petty Cash Handling: Responsible for managing petty cash transactions, including disbursements and reconciliations. Must maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Security Procedures: Enforce security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges when required. Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal departments, clients, and visitors, conveying messages accurately and promptly.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.


Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Trustworthiness and integrity in handling petty cash transactions.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
