Our client is looking for Payroll Administrator to join their team 

  • Processing of the payroll on a monthly basis and submission of the payroll statutory returns
  • Onboard employees onto the payroll and time attendance system
  • Ensure salaries and wages are paid on time
  • Ensure leave records are updated timeously and are correct
  • Review and ensure accuracy of casual labour attendances by matching invoice against attendance system
  • Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Manage the time & Attendance systems: prepare weekly & monthly reports
  • Prepare monthly  reports on wages & salaries
  • Prepare monthly wage schedule for out sourced workers
  • Prepare statutory monthly returns
  • Ensure leave days are properly managed and accounted for in the payroll system
  • Prepare monthly payroll journals for posting by the last day of each calendar month
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports on payroll
  • Maintains knowledge of economic conditions, labor market, and other factors related to ensuring the organization provides competitive and reasonable benefits and compensation scales and structures.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Book flights, accommodation and car hire for staff &  official visitors
  • Manage administrative vendors by issuing PO and PRs on time


  • Good communication skills
  • Able to assist others


  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience.
