Our client is looking for Payroll Administrator to join their teamÂ
Responsibilities.
- Processing of the payroll on a monthly basis and submission of the payroll statutory returns
- Onboard employees onto the payroll and time attendance system
- Ensure salaries and wages are paid on time
- Ensure leave records are updated timeously and are correct
- Review and ensure accuracy of casual labour attendances by matching invoice against attendance system
- Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- Manage the time & Attendance systems: prepare weekly & monthly reports
- Prepare monthly reports on wages & salaries
- Prepare monthly wage schedule for out sourced workers
- Prepare statutory monthly returns
- Ensure leave days are properly managed and accounted for in the payroll system
- Prepare monthly payroll journals for posting by the last day of each calendar month
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports on payroll
- Maintains knowledge of economic conditions, labor market, and other factors related to ensuring the organization provides competitive and reasonable benefits and compensation scales and structures.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
- Book flights, accommodation and car hire for staff & Â official visitors
- Manage administrative vendors by issuing PO and PRs on time

Qualification:
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience.
