1. Sanitary Product Quality Control Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1.Personnel management and education training： New employee training，Take up the post after assessment
2.Process quality control：Process quality data monitoring，Process patrol inspection，Product weight monitoring，FQC sampling defect rate，Elastic tensile ratio
3.Quality exception handling：Raw material anomaly，process anomaly，Customer complaints anomaly
4.Quality data analysis and summary
5.Quality standard control and formulate
6.Complete tasks assigned by superiors

Experience Requirements:

Ability：Analysis and judgment ability, communication ability
Personality: To be honest, patient and meticulous, serious and responsible, rigorous and steady, proactive, service spirit
Professional Knowledge：7 QC techniques，8 D methodology

2. Machine Operator

Work location： Zambia Sanitary Products Factory MFEZ

Job responsibility：

1. Operational Support:

1)Assist in operating machinery, equipment, or systems as needed in different departments.
2)Fill in for regular operators during absences or peak operational periods.
3)Monitor and control processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
4)Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting to ensure equipment functionality.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1)Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to understand operational needs and priorities.
2)Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless transitions and operations.
3)Support special projects or initiatives requiring operational expertise and flexibility.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

1)Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including equipment usage and production metrics.
2)Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment performance or operational efficiency.

4. Safety and Compliance:

1)Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
2)Participate in safety training sessions and follow proper procedures for handling equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or above; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
2. Have 3 years experiences is a plus.
3. Proven experience in operating machinery or equipment in an industrial setting.
4. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new equipment and operational procedures.
5. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

DATA ENTRY

1. Good excel skills.

2. Able to work with SAP

3. Logistics background

4. Degree or diploma in economics, purchasing supply and logistics.
