Loan Officer

Buumi Bwesu is a money-lending institution with a footprint in both Lusaka and Sinazongwe. We have embarked on a growth trajectory and we would like to add to our team to help us achieve our goals. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, hardworking individual with the following qualities:

1. Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate with credit/passes in English and Mathematics.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Email
3. Can speak and understand English.
4. Someone meticulous and good with numbers.
5.  Knowledgeable in calculations
6. Must have a rider’s license. A driver’s license would be good to have but is not a must.
7. Familiar with the city of Lusaka. This is key.
8. Willing to do home visitations of existing and would-be clients.
9. Should be able to vet existing and would-be customers on their eligibility criteria using the company’s policies
