Our Client is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to ensure prudent management of the Organization funds and keep a retrieval sound record of the same;
Finance Administrator responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities,
Duties and Responsibilities;
  • In-charge of Project management and financial portfolios
  • Budgeting, planning and preparing financial reports
  • Analyze and advise on financial matters
  • Manage all organization assets
  • Adhere to financial rules, regulations and guidelines
  • Full School Certificate [Grade 12/Form V] or any equivalent from the Examinations Council of Zambia or other recognized examination bodies in Zambia.
  • A minimum of Diploma in Accounting or Financial Studies and in possession of any professional accounting qualification recognized by Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants [ZICA]
  • A Member of ZICA
  • A minimum of three to Five years accounting experience on donor funded projects and NGOs is an added advantage.
