Job position: F&B Executive

3. Responsible To : F&B Manager
4. Job Defamation: To organize, develop and administer the food and beverage pre-determined service area that has been assigned to him/her
5. Duties and Responsibilities :
a) Responsible for food and beverage service in the pre-determined area assigned
b) To conduct the functions of the food and beverage manager in his absence
c)To recommend food and beverages service standards and specification in clear relation to industry standard, Hotel policy and external competition.
d)To originate and approve the general stores requisition, beverage requisition and the kitchen requisition as per weekly/ daily schedules planned.
e) To maintain par stocks for silverware, linen, dry food stuff, stationary and non-alcoholic beverages
f) analyse guest comments
g)To ensure that all banquet functions are conducted in a pre-planned manner, keeping the Guest request in mind.

Qualifications:
1. Grade 12 Certificate
2. Diploma in Hospitality Management
3. Good Communication skills both written and oral
4. Good personality
5. Must have worked as F&B Executive in a 3- 5 star Hotel
6. At least 2-3 years Experience as F&B Executive
7. Must have a Clean Record.
