CRM Specialist


As a customer CRM specialist, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the CRM
system in our branch office. My job involves executing promotional activities based on the CRM
promotion plan developed by the headquarters and the branch, ensuring the successful
implementation of the plan. I also manage the work of CRM team members in the branch, follow up,
and supervise the completion of tasks.
Collaboration and communication with the headquarters and within the team is crucial for smooth
information flow. Regular CRM system usage reports are generated to report project progress and
issues to the headquarters and country manager. Promptly coordinating resources to address issues
raised by customers is also a key responsibility.
Providing training for team members to ensure their understanding of system operations, promotion
goals, and tasks is part of my job. I also organize and manage short-term business trips for team
members as required by business needs, ensuring the efficient execution of travel tasks.
To excel in this role, a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business
management, or a related field is typically required. Technical skills such as proficiency in CRM
systems, data management, data analysis, API integration, and system customization are crucial.
Business understanding is also important, including expertise in marketing, sales, and customer
service domains.
