1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients through thorough market research, referrals and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to convert leads into clients.

2. Statutory Compliance and Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit accurate statutory reports (e.g., PAYE, NAPSA, VAT, TOT, NHIMA) for both the company and its clients.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.

3. Strategic Marketing Campaigns:

  • Work closely with the team to create and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Utilize digital channels, social media platforms and events to promote business and associated services.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

4. Financial Operations and Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain meticulous financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate accurate financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, track expenses and analyze revenue trends.
  • Collaborate with the team on budgeting and forecasting.

5. Executive and General Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize and maintain company documents, contracts and records.
  • Handle vendor and supplier management, ensuring timely payments and smooth relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in an accounting system.
  • Strong in applications and knowledge in excel and word.
  • Proven experience in any payroll system.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and financial regulations.
