Responsibilities:
- Preparation of pre shipment and post shipment document.
- Handled Air, Sea and Break-bulk Shipment.
- Manage the lead-time of the inquired materials.
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service
- Coordination of Export & Import Shipment.
- Liaising and negotiating with Freight Forwarders, Customs clearance agents, Inland Transportation companies.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times and transportation cost efficiency
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
- Managing drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports and customs issues
- Create, manage and achieve the logistics department budget
- Oversee the planned maintenance of the vehicles.
- Managing the Re-export shipments and refund the guarantee amount of customs duty.
- Handling the Dangerous goods shipments as per IATA DGR (Dangerous goods regulations).
- Handling the break-bulk shipments for our projects
Qualifications:
- Must have Sales Experience
- Must have a minimum experience of 5 years
- Should be IATA affiliate.
