1. Maintenance supervisor x1

2. Production Supervisor x 3

3. Boiler Operator x1

4. Quality Officer

1.    Maintenance supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow the safety rules and maintain a safety culture to achieve zero accident target.
  • Implementation of total productive maintenance at shop floor.
  • Drive 5 S, Kaizen, Preventive maintenance, Autonomous maintenance.
  • Daily Breakdown analysis and action plan
  • Supervision of ground maintenance team and making shift schedule
  • Maintaining spare parts inventory and action plan to cover the critical breakdowns.
  • Daily recording of OEE overall equipment efficiency
  • Implementation of daily maintenance checklists
  • Calculation of maintenance cost and action plan for the reduction
  • Fuel usage, LPG, Diesel, Petrol monitoring and action plan to improve efficiency.
  • Utilities Boiler, Chillers, Pump, compressors operations and maintenance
  • Active involvement in new projects.
  • Assistance to manufacturing team
  • Legal compliances related to Maintenance operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies required.

  • Minimum Diploma in mechanical field with computer operating skills
  • Preferred with relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations in industries.

2.    Production Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow the safety rules and maintain a safety culture to achieve zero accident target.
  • Planning- Production planning as per the target, RM/PM planning, Machine planning, Manpower planning.
  • Making the batch as per BOM & Maintaining the Log sheets.
  • Track and control of the wastages, improvement of the yield.
  • Taking care of process parameters and quality standard
  • Ensuring the daily equipment checklist CLTIA (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, Tighting and alignment)
  • Maintaining the process parameters & product quality as per standard.
  • Ensuring no excess give away.
  • Keep tool and tackles in good condition & at right place.
  • Compliance of all legal requirements and Hygiene standards as per industry norms.
  • Regular stock take and minimizing the material variance

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies required.

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in related field with computer operating skills like excel, PPT, word.
  • relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations in industries

3.    Boiler Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily operations of boiler, marinating all records and safety parameters
  • Keeping boiler area neat & clean.
  • Ensuring no down time in boiler & no delay in steam.
  • Preventive maintenance of critical equipment’s of boiler.
  • Maintaining all process parameters to run boiler smoothly.
  • Maintain inlet parameters & water quality, RO plant operations.
  • Maintain the stock of fuel.
  • Checking the quality of fuel.
  • Daily trouble shooting of boiler and action plan for improvement daily
  • To maintain/ update equipment’s records.
  • Follow safety precautions while doing the job.
  • Keep tool and tackles in good condition & at right place.
  • Avoid leakages & wastage of fuel.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies required.

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in industrial boiler operations and maintenance
  • Relevant experience in boiler handling in industry

4.    Quality Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow the safety rules and maintain a safety culture to achieve zero accident target.
  • Implementation of QMS(quality management system) in the plant
  • Overall responsible on the RM/PM/FG & Other material analysis in the plant as per standard and making COA.
  • Issue rejection note to rejected RM/PM/FG.
  • To coordinate with suppliers to upgrade quality.
  • Assigning roles & responsibilities to the QC/QA chemists .
  • To maintain and facilitate good work environment in the department.
  • Responsible for the training /awareness on the quality all QC chemist.
  • Responsible for Laboratory testing and microbial control.
  • Responsible for product conformance and technology transfer.
  • Responsible for consumer & customer products quality issue.
  • Responsible for raw material & product traceability.
  • Legal compliance as per local norms.
  • New product development
  • Training of the workforce
  • Maintain the GMP and Hygiene standard as per norms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies required.

  • Graduate in food technology /Lab tech with computer operating skills like excel, PPT, word.
  • Preferred with relevant experience in quality department  in manufacturing.
